Who I Am

BUILT BY COMPETITION

I am an 83 kg class powerlifter competing in both Germany and the United States, with results listed on OpenPowerlifting. My background combines elite athletic competition with a technical coaching approach grounded in real meet experience.

My competitive journey began with a first-place finish at the 2023 Bayerische Meisterschaft in Germany. Since moving to the U.S., I have competed at the 2025 USAPL Oklahoma State Championships (610 KG total) and the 2025 AMP Fort Worth Barbell Classic (667.5 KG total), and qualified for USA Powerlifting Collegiate Nationals representing Oklahoma State University.

Before powerlifting, I played football as a quarterback for the Vilseck Falcons during the 2022 and 2023 seasons β€” a career covered by Stars and Stripes. That multi-sport background shapes how I coach: disciplined preparation, technical precision, and performance when it counts.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Yes. If you are new to powerlifting, I focus on building a technical foundation before adding intensity. The goal is to establish movement patterns that will support heavier loads over months and years, not just the next training cycle.

You upload lift footage after key sessions β€” I review it and send back written cues and specific corrections. For Elite 1-on-1 athletes this happens weekly. For Online Programming it happens at regular checkpoints throughout the block.

Online Programming works well for self-sufficient lifters who want structure and direction. Elite 1-on-1 is for athletes who want faster feedback and closer involvement heading into competition. If you are unsure, fill out the intake form and I will point you toward the right fit.

Meet-day attempt selection and strategy is included for Elite 1-on-1 athletes. I work through warm-up timing, opener selection, and attempt progression based on how you feel on the day. Remote meet-day support is available for other tiers by arrangement.

Absolutely. Structured periodization, technical form, and fatigue management apply equally to general strength training. You do not need a meet on the calendar to benefit from this style of coaching.
